Please take the time to read this page thoroughly before contacting me about our Custom Trucker Caps.

Do you have an event coming up? Do you want your brand to be worn and advertised at local rodeos, competitions, shows and other events, but it all just seems too hard or you just don't have the time?

Well, that's where we come in to it for you. We take all the hard work and effort out of the ordering process, so that time can be spent on more important tasks. We take care of all the liaising with the supplier for you.

All you have to do is send us your logo and/or images in high resolution Vector files, provide us your colour combinations and any additional customisation requests you wish to have on your caps, and sit back while we do the rest!!

MUST KNOW

If you would like to know pricing for our Custom Trucker Caps, there are a few things I need to know and receive from you before I can give you an accurate price.

Due to the nature of being custom made, every individual design is completely different to the next and it is almost impossible for me to simply give a "ballpark" figure on the spot.
So when I'm asked "How much for a cap" it is like being asked, "how long is a piece of string".

To save time and to make things a bit easier for us both, when contacting Artisan and Laer for an estimate to have custom trucker caps made, here are a few things to have ready (NOTE: we will send you an order form):

CUSTIOMISATION

* Name tags (Additional Cost)
* Embroidered Phone numbers (Additional Cost)

* Embroidered Website (Additional Cost)
* Graphics/artwork/photographs on Front Panel, under Brim or on Mesh. (NOTE: If you have a specific photo, it MUST be a high resolution vector or JPEG File ONLY, and needs to be sent with your initial inquiry). *IMPORTANT: You MUST have approval/authorisation to use other artists designs and/or photographers images.

lOGOS & IMAGES

You are requested to supply a finished and suitable high resolution image (Canva, Picsart, and the likes, are NOT suitable quality images) Additional fees for logo and/or image adjustment, design And/or redesign are Applicable for files supplied that are not of suitable Quality to be used. this service is NOT a standard part of the custom cap service, and are charged at my hourly rate (Min 1hr) as graphics design fees.

- Choice of many Different Colour and pettern Combinations from actual fabric and material swatches that we will send you to browse. Below is a breakdown of the cap sections that can be customised:

- Choice of Quantity you wish to order? Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 25.

MOCK-UP DESIGNS

Mock-ups are digital images created in a program using your design specifics (Colours, patterns, images, logos, etc) to give you a visual idea of what your caps will look like. Once a custom cap order form has been completed with your cap design specifics, we will create a Digital mock-up version of your cap/s to review.

Once you have received your Digital Mock-up images, you will have the option of one change/adjustment (Per order). *NOTE: additional (2 or more) design mock-up changes/adjustments will incur a $60 fee per additional Mock-up Requested & supplied thereafter.

It is important to remember, mock-up images are not accurate depictions of the final material pattern, colour, texture etc. they are a digitial version of your cap/s to provide a visual only. This is why we send you photos of actual fabric and/or material swatches to choose from. Please, also bear in mind, screen resolutions and/or devices used to view both mock-ups and swatches can distort or alter their shades and textures.

Mock-up designs are supplied once a quite has been accepted and payment has been received.

SAMPLE CAPS

A single sample cap of your design/s (one of each if multiple designs) will be physically made as per your approved mock-up design/s, and photographs supplied for you to review. This allows you to see your design/s come to form a physical cap and not just Digitalised images.

We know your hard earned money is going into these products, which is why we have allowed You the option of ONE (1) (ONLY 1) design change/adjustment at this stage (No more than one is allowable). however, should you insist on more than one Sample Cap, you will be charged $99.99 ($60 labour + Full Cap Price $39.99), which is Payable up front, prior to any additional cap samples being made (This is Non-Negotiable).

PRICING (Estimates Only)

Materials and supplies costs are subject to change without notice as my suppliers pricing changes. I will however, endeavour to notify in advance of any major changes to materials and/or labour fees.

The prices below are for basic cap designs only. Additional fees and charges apply to extra customisations.

PAYMENT

Payments are to secure your order and to commence production of your caps.

Payment of 100% of your total invoice is required on all Custom Trucker Cap orders prior to any production commencing on your order.

*IMPORTANT: change of mind or buyers remorse is not accepted and 25% of your total Invoice amount paid, plus any Additional fees/Charges incurred during the duration of your order (This includes Graphics design fees, additional mock-ups, sample caps, etc) is NON refundable.

so please choose carefully and ensure you have provided ALL the correct details (dimensions, colours, styles, spelling, qty, etc) because Artisan and Laer do not take responsibility for order errors, regardless of errors due to incorrect information being missed by you during the order process duration. You will still be required to pay the full agreed/quoted amount upon completion of your final approved Mock-up designs, PLUS any fees incurred, due to errors being amended mid-production (If achievable).

TIMEFRAMES

Generally allow anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks. Lead times will be discussed in detail at the time of quoting/ordering. It is important you specify and deadlines your order isrequired by, prior to payment being made to ensure we can meet those dates (Refer to payment section Above for more detail).

Timeframes can be affected by a number of factors, some of which are completely outside of our control;
- When or how long you take to pay your deposit invoice (A&L Payment Terms are Strictly Due on Receipt, unless otherwise agreed).
- What date you have specified you require your order by (Note: This is dependant on the existing workloads of our Manufacturers).
- The manufacturers workload at the time your deposit payment is received (this will all be advised up front).
- Postage delays, which are unfortunately out of our control.
- Customs Delays (Which can be up to 90 days), which are unfortunately out of our control.

FINAL PRODUCT

Once the bulks of your Trucker Caps have been finished, a combination of photographs will be provided. They will then be shipped direct to Artisan & Laer, where we will carry out quality and quantity checks.

We will take One final set of photographs and supply to you and share to our socials just before posting your order to you with tracking (Please notify us if you would like us to hold off on this step).

*IMPORTANT:
If you are having difficulty in paying your invoice/s, I ask that you please be honest and up front, as your order will not be sent to the manufacturer until full payment has been made (This includes approved payment plans also). Therefore, in this instance, we will not be in a position to meet any prior agreed time frames and/or due dates.

Where an Invoice or balance/s owing are not paid within 5 days from date of the Invoice and a payment extension has not been granted, or communication has ceased with the original person whom placed the order for 5 days or more, you forfeit any prior funds paid (Non-Refundable) and we will commence recovery action IMMEDIATELY with a Debt Collection Agency, where additional fees will apply and overdue fees will be incurred.

Artisan & Laer and any third party Collection Agencies will not communicate with any other person/s, other than the person whom originally placed the order. This is due to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.

PAYMENT & OPTIONS

Artisan and Laer can offer short payment plans in 4 Instalments (Maximum) on some orders where applicable. This ONLY includes the 50% Deposit. Please note, we will not commence manufacturing of your order until your Deposit invoice has been paid in full.

*Invoices MUST be paid in full upon receipt (Unless a payment plan has been approved by us). Where an Invoice or balance/s owing are not paid within 5 days from date of the Invoice and a payment extension has not been granted, or communication has ceased with the original person whom placed the order for 5 days or more, you forfeit any prior funds paid (Non-Refundable) and we will commence recovery action IMMEDIATELY with a Debt Collection Agency, where additional fees will apply and overdue fees will be incurred.

POSTAGE

Postage prices depend on weight & dimensions as per Australia Post. If your order requires additional or special packaging, you will be invoiced accordingly. This is required to be paid in full, in order for goods to be shipped.

All orders shipped with Artisan and Lær come with tracking, with the option of either Standard or Express.

*Extra Insurance cover is MANADTORY on all orders over $100 (Australia Post Basic Cover), to which you will be invoiced accordingly (this will be discussed at the quote stage for pricing accuracy).
