By purchasing this online Custom Order spot, you agree to pay the full quoted/invoice amount (Less this payment) & agree to all terms & conditions.

Due to the growing interest and workload for custom work, you will now be required to purchase a Custom Order to secure a position on my Calendar, to have something custom made.

STEP 1: REQUEST A QUOTE

Contact me via Email, my Facebook or Instagram socials to have a full comprehensive quote tailored to your personal requests if you have a specific budget in mind. These quotes are an exact final figure of what your order will cost, should you wish to proceed. You are more than welcome to purchase an Online Custom Order, however, this purchase is NON- Refundable.

STEP2: PURCHASE AN ONLINE CUSTOM ORDER

If you accept your quote, your next step is to go to the website and purchase a Custom Order position to guarantee a position in my Calendar when they are opened. (NOTE: This amount will be deducted off your final invoice). Custom order positions will be opened at the end of each month (or as otherwise advised).

STEP3: CONFIRM FIRST DRAFT DESIGN

I will contact you either via email or Social Media Inbox to confirm your order and go over design, sizing etc. Once we have confirmed design details, I will then do up a first draft of your order for your approval. (NOTE: Any major changes, additions, or deductions from your originally quoted order, may incur additional fees).

STEP 4: PAY 50% DEPOSIT

Once the first draft design has been approved, a full 50% Deposit invoice will be sent to you for prompt payment. This is to cover any materials and supplies costs associated with your order. Due to the nature of being Custom Made, under absolutely no circumstances do I commence work or ordering of materials and/or supplies on any order, until full payment of your deposit has been made. (NOTE: your online Custom Order purchase will be allocated to your account prior to your deposit invoice being raised).

STEP 5: CONFIRM FINAL DESIGN DRAFT

I will contact you for a final draft confirmation and give you an ETA on your order as a guide only. These timeframes are subject to last minute changes, which you will always be notified as they arise. I will also notify you when I am two weeks out from commencing your order.

STEP 6: CONFIRM COMPLETED PHOTOGRAPHS & PAY FINAL INSTALLMENT

I will send yo final photographs and/or video of your order once completed for you to accept. I will send your final invoice for immediate payment. Only once full payment has been receive will your order be posted. Please take extra time to view these images and/or videos, and notify me of ANY concerns or questions immediately, otherwise, once final payment has been made, you accept the product and agree to forfeit any right to a refund or exchange (NOTE: Refunds & Exchanges are not applicable on ANY custom order, as these items cannot be resold).
