Custom Order Vouchers

Our Custom Order Vouchers are Not valid on in store or online items.

Custom Order Voucher Conditions:

~ Custom Order Vouchers that have been won as prizes are only valid for 12 months from date received.
~ Minimum custom order spend of $250.00 per voucher.
~ Custom order vouchers cannot be exchange for cash.
~ Custom order vouchers cannot be used in store or online (Custom orders ONLY).
~ Custom order vouchers are specifically to be used on custom orders only & cannot be used online or in store.
~ Maximum of one voucher per person, per order (Multiple custom order vouchers cannot be used on one single custom item/order. However, you can use your voucher on ONE order, with multiple custom items).
~ Custom order voucher ownership cannot be transferred into another person’s name.~ A copy or clear, colour photograph of your custom order voucher MUST be provided, in order for you to redeem your voucher.

NOTE: Failure to provide adequate proof of wining and/or ownership of the voucher and it’s value, will automatically forfeit your ability to claim your custom order voucher discount, therefore, it is solely your responsibility to keep your winning custom order voucher safe and undamaged until redeemed.

What to do when you win a Custom Order Voucher?

Simpy send us an email via the contact us facility here on the website (Click link below) or send us a private message via our social media pages (Links can be found at the footer of each page).

Please ensure you provide a clear, colour photograph of your winning custom order voucher (Rear) and go wild with what your heart desires, and I will book in a full custom consultation and quote.

Voucher Expiry Dates & Order Availability

Custom order vouchers carry a strict 12 month validity. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you make contact and source a quote for a custom item BEFORE the 12 month expiry date. Any requests to use a voucher after the 12 month expiry will be declined.

I will no longer be individually contacting people to advise when I am open for custom orders. All communication of my availability for openings will be done via our Exclusive Early Bird Email Subscriptions or Social Media pages. Therefore, it is your responsibility to subscribe and keep track of your emails and/or our social media pages for regular intake updates.

Please note, your order is still subject to my availability of when I am taking Custom Orders. There will be no privileged treatment and no skipping positions in the que, so you must at least contact me for a quote before your voucher expires to retain your voucher.

What does this mean? As long as you have made contact and sought a quote to use your voucher within the 12 month period and Accept my next available intake date, out of good faith, I will honour your voucher should the 12 month period lapse whilst you are waiting for my next custom intake.

However, should you not make contact and source a quote OR if you do not respond or you decline my next available intake date, you will forfeit your Custom Voucher if it surpasses the 12 month expiry.

Order Deposits

ALL Custom Order Voucher order are still subject to all custom order terms and conditions, this also includes paying a 50% deposit of your total order value (less your voucher value) to secure a spot on my books.
