Terms & Important Information
At Artisan & Lær, Australia Post is our preferred postal service.
All orders will be packed and shipped from Calen QLD 4798, every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Orders must be placed by 2pm the day prior to make our allocated shipping days. Otherwise, your order will be shipped on our next shipping day.
RATES
**IMPORTANT** ALL Postage only covers for loss/damage on orders up to $100 (This includes free/flat rate shipping). We also recommend purchasing extra insurance to cover your full purchase value. Artisan and Laer will not be liable, should your purchase be damaged/lost in transit.
These prices below are subject to change without prior notice in line with Austtralia Posts pricing changes.
- $15.95 flat rate Standard Postage with Tracking.
- $18.95 flat rate Express Postage with Tracking.
- FREE Postage on ALL Orders over $300.
*NOTE: Orders where additional fees have been invoiced, will NOT be shipped until the additional invoices are paid in full (Postage, Fees & GST). The Administration Fee is not negotiable. it takes up my valuable time from other paying customers order to, email you to advise of your mistakes, then time to raise and send you additional invoices, then more time to reconcile your payments and send you payment receipts and on the very unfortunate occasions, it takes more time to chase people for payment, who fail to pay promptly.
INSURANCE
ALL standard, express & Small Item postage only covers for loss/damage on orders up to $100 (This includes Free/Flat Rate Shipping). We highly recommended emailing us to pay for additional insurance Cover for any and ALL orders over $100, as Artisan & Lær will not be liable nor compensate financially or replace damged or lost items during transit, if you choose not to fully insure your order for it’s full purchase value (Less Postage). Postage Insurance is calculated at $2.50 for every $100 over $100. Orders over $500 automatically come with signature on delivery.
Please email us at artisanandlaer@outlook.com.au to order full Insurance coverage. We will then send you a separate invoice with the extra insurance fees that you request.

ESTIMATED POSTAGE TIMES
Arrival times are estimates ONLY, and may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Please contact your local postal service provider for any postage queries regarding delays.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped, that will include your unique Tracking ID where you can track your parcels location and estimated arrival date via the Aus Post tracking app.

DISCLAIMER - Artisan and Laer are not responsible for incorrect shipping and/or contact details provided. Please take care when entering postal addresses, phone numbers and email addresses to ensure what you have provided us is 100% accurate. Should you realise a mistake has been made in any of the above, you must contact us and notify us immediately, so that we can do our best to rectify any errors so long as your order has not yet been posted. In the instance an order has already been posted, you must contact Australia Post immediately to have your order redirected to the correct address.
Artisan and Laer hold the right to withhold orders, until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. By completing the checkout procedure on our website, you are agreeing to pay all and any outstanding invoices, including additional charges and/or fees.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Artisan & Lær is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.
All lost or damaged in transit items are covered under the Australia Post Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed via the direct link below and are covered to the value of the order only:

This is why we strongly recommend paying for the full insurance cover to the full value of your order, which can be done by emailing us before placing an order OR by emailing us immediately after placing your order if you forget.
We will send you a manual invoice to pay immediately, for the additional insurance cover. Your order will not be shipped until the additional insurance fee invoice is paid in full.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Artisan & Lær are not responsible for any potential customs delays or import taxes that may be applicable to any purchases made. This is solely the responsibility of the buyer. It is highly recommended you check with your local customs departments prior to making a purchase, to ensure our products are authorized in your region if ordering from outside Australia.
SPECIAL OCCASION ORDERS
*Please keep in mind when ordering for a special occasion that sometimes, the online stock levels may not be 100% accurate. So we advise you to contact us directly, to confirm we will have the items available to you by your required date.
