Do you have an event coming up? Do you want your brand to be worn and advertised at local rodeos, competitions, shows and other events, but it all just seems too hard or you just don't have the time?
Well, that's where we come in to it for you. We take all the hard work and effort out of the ordering process, so that time can be spent on more important tasks. We take care of all the liaising with the supplier for you.
All you have to do is send us your logo and/or images in high resolution Vector files, provide us your colour combinations and any additional customisation requests you wish to have on your caps, and sit back while we do the rest!!

Due to the nature of being custom made, every individual design is completely different and is tailored to each individuals design specifications.

Materials and supplies costs are subject to change without notice as my suppliers pricing changes. I will however, endeavour to notify in advance of any major changes to materials and/or labour fees.

CUSTOMISATION
What Customisations are available (These are our most common options, more available upon request).
- Choice of 3D embroidery, flat embroidery, embroidered sewn on patch/badge, PU leather patch, woven patch (other options available upon request).

- Quantity you wish to order? Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 25. Strictly ONE design per MOQ.
NOTE: If you wish to have Graphics/artwork/photographs on Front Panel, under Brim or on Mesh, it MUST be a high resolution transparent or JPEG File ONLY, and needs to be sent with your initial inquiry) and You MUST have approval/authorisation to use other artists designs and/or photographers images.
MOCKUPS
Design mockups are not supplied until full payment has been received. Once payment has been received, your design mockups will then be drafted and emailed to you for review and/or approval.
Where any adjustments need to be made, we will then re-draft the design and send a fresh mockup design for review and approval.
Once you have approved the mockup designs, your order specs will then the sent to our manufacturer for processing. Please note, once you have approved your mockup designs and specs have been sent to the manufacturer, adjustments can longer be made to your design.
SAMPLE CAPS
Sample cap images will be supplied anywhere between three to four weeks from the date your order specs were sent to our manufacturer. We will endeavor to relay any delays to you as soon as we become aware of them.
Sample caps are only a single cap in each design (if ordering multiple designs) that has been produced according to your custom specs you approved. This does NOT mean your order/s is/are complete.
Once sample cap images have been supplied and there are no errors with your design, we will then give approval to the manufacturer to commence bulks on your order (fulfill your order/s in full).
NOTE: We do NOT allow any changes to be made to your design at this stage in the process (Sample Cap Stage). It is your responsibility to have ensured you were 100% satisfied with the mockup design.
FINAL PRODUCTS
Once your Trucker Caps have been received by us, a thorough quality check will be done of your caps, then a combination of photographs will be sent to you and your order posted off to you by the next business day, where tracking details will then be provided.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is required up front.
Mockup-up designs & sample cap images will not be supplied until payment has been received.
*IMPORTANT:
If you are having difficulty in paying your invoice/s, I ask that you please be honest and up front, as your order will not be submitted to our manufacturer until full payment has been received. Therefore, in this instance, we will not be in a position to meet any prior agreed time frames, due dates or in some cases, any prior agreed specialty pricing and/or discounts.
For any special payment agreements where a balance/s owing are not paid within 5 days from date of the Invoice, and where a payment extension has not been granted, and/or, where communication has ceased with the original person who placed the order for 5 days or more, you forfeit any prior funds paid (Non-Refundable) and the goods ordered remain the property of Artisan and Laer and we will commence recovery action IMMEDIATELY with a third party appointed Debt Collection Agency, where additional overdue fees and the full cost of the recovery agency fees will be added to your balance owed. Goods will not be shipped or released until the full balance owed is received in full. This includes the overdue fees & recovery agency costs as well as your original balance amount.
Artisan & Laer and any third party Collection Agencies will not communicate with any other person/s, other than the person whom originally placed the order. This is due to strict privacy and confidentiality policies.
TIMEFRAMES
Generally allow anywhere between 10 to 12 weeks min from full payment date.
Lead times will be discussed in detail at the time of quoting/ordering. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered well in advance, if the caps are required for an event or by a specific date. Whilst we we do our absolute best to work around delays, sometimes, things are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for orders that do not arrive in time.
Timeframes can be affected by a number of factors, some of which are completely outside of our control;
- When or how long you take to pay your invoice (A&L Payment Terms are Strictly Due on Receipt, unless otherwise agreed). Your order is NOT submitted to our manufacturers until full payment of your invoice has been received.
- What date you have specified you require your order by (Note: This is dependant on the existing workloads of our Manufacturers). You MUST factor in sufficient additional time to allow for unexpected delays that are outside our control.
- The manufacturers workload at the time your payment is received (this will all be advised up front). We will discuss with you any known extended timeframes as we become aware.
- Postage delays, which are unfortunately out of our control. This is why you MUST order well in advance, to counter for unexpected shipping delays. These delays are not something we have any control over.
- International & Australian Border Customs Delays (Which can be up to 90 days), which are unfortunately out of our control.
POSTAGE
Postage prices depend on weight & dimensions as per Australia Post. If your order requires additional or special packaging, you will be invoiced accordingly. This is required to be paid in full, in order for goods to be shipped.
All orders shipped with Artisan and Lær come with tracking, signature on delivery & full insurance cover, with the option of either Standard or Express postage.
*Extra Insurance cover is MANDATORY on all orders over $100 (Australia Post Basic Cover), to which you will be invoiced accordingly (this will be discussed at the quote stage for pricing accuracy).
